Hunger Assembly: Putting into Practice What We Learned

At a professional development session on iEARN which included all the specialist teachers at The Village Charter School—art, music, media, physical education, Spanish, technology—we hit upon our first of many brainstorms: Let’s have a school-wide assembly on hunger and have all the specialist teachers participating in their own way. Voila! We were on our way.
