New "Exchange 2.0 - Technology Enabled International Interaction Guide"

The new guide was developed by iEARN-USA to help teachers use the Internet to "reach out" globally. These materials were initially prepared as part of the US Department of Education's inaugural International Education Week in November 2000 and hosted by the US Department of Education.  This is the third version of the Guide.
